The Fields, stands six stories tall with a penthouse on the top floor. The newly renovated residential units are out-fitted with White Oak, hardwood floors and modern, shaker style cabinetry in the kitchens and bathrooms, while the newly renovated common hallways are carpeted with cove lighting which lines the ceilings perimeter.

With tenants still occupying the building, unit turns were increasingly complicated. As a solution to not disrupting the tenant’s daily routines, new risers were installed and connected on a unit by unit basis. 

Using Crown’s ability to complete the Architectural scope, as well as, the Expediting and Code Consulting provided the client with a seamless Department of Buildings process.
